The strange landlord that suddenly appeared one day, oddly on the same day as Bubba Miyagi. He was sent to work at the apartment alongside Harvoc by his master, whom we know little to nothing about. When he first showed up he acted very cheerful, but it was a forced cheerful and he dropped it quickly. It would seem is quite old, perhaps spanning centuries, but he looks like a teenager. He is part of a race called Merfs, but we have only seen small glimpses of his true form. He knows little to nothing about function as a human, and has a fairly straightforward no-nonsense way of looking at things. Prefers to keep to himself, he is often seen reading, working on his laptop or hanging out with Burgundy who seems to be the only one he tolerates. It seems he has past relations with Eddie, Miyagi, and Nefarious, but details are unknown. He is always has a bright blue key around his neck he claims to be for the apartment building.
