Sal Declan is Bob's only cousin and feels more like a sister to him. She lived in California originally but since Saya and Bob moved into the same apartment building she decided to move there as well. She's best friends with Saya, although they are fairly different. Sal's got a very sunny and more girly personality. But she has a tough streak to her too, and is very athletic. She also is a self declared "Alternative Witch" and her prized possession is her broom, Chelsa. However her witch skills are still very amateur, and has a hard time composing complicated spells especially without the aid of her broom. Even before the apartment she had experience with other worlds, and her Teacher seems to be a feared figure in some worlds. Karl is in love with Sal and for some reason that terrifies her and she has not been able to speak straight to him about it yet.
