Harvoc is the official caretaker of all in and outgoing mail. Anywhere. No matter who, or what world. Tenants will often give their rent payments to him to take to the office as well. A jolly British-accented fellow, he enjoys teasing and a good laugh. Unless you try to get in the way of his job. He lives for his job. There seems to be a dark side to Harvoc considering his comment about dismembering his own hand and showing up covered in blood. Vladic is terrified of him when his eye is open. He's is wearing a lime green monocle and has hook in place of his left hand. He works for the same master as Vladic and is also a Merf in human disguise.
