Fred is the pet cat that Eddie found in their apartment one day. She's an extremely intelligent cat, probably has a higher I.Q. than most of the residents of the building. Despite some of the usual feline tendencies she thinks like a person. She is quite skilled, especially good at artistic or electron deeds. She's seen most often with either Karl or Bob. Karl because he is the only one who understands her, and Bob because she's crushing on him despite being different species. In a attempt to become human she got Sal to be able to accomplish turning her into a catgirl (EE's little shame) though she still can't talk with most humans. She hasn't given up on it or Bob yet though.
