The so called boss man of the "villains". He runs a evil organization, disguised as a government facility, pretending to be...an evil organization. He appears to be a being whose existence is based entirely off the emotion Hate, and used to go by the name Lord Hate frequently. However he seems to have changed, acting very human and many emotions. Nobody knows why this is. He has four inhuman henchmen that serve under him, along with a team of innocent mortals believing they were hired by the government to do research. He also has a second in command, a skilled human named Delaine whom he loves annoying and flirting with. His main motive is "sorta" to be to get hold of Karl's A.D. Portal and the power of the apartment building. He also has interest in a certain set of swords he keeps mentioning. He cares more about having fun and having the traditional villain image. He has a fairly calm, laid back attitude, and seems to prefer self-enjoyment more then actual success. Has a pet incarnation of Hate named Mrr.
