 In a word, insane. He lives in the apartment with his roomates Bob and Saya. Eddie's past is a mystery, though it seems to involve Vladic and Harvoc. He is incredibly random and always full of surprises, including being able to create random objects from nothing like his giant mallet. He discovered a laboratory under a trap door in their apartment, and has claimed it as his. It is here he has mad such devices as the Coolness Enhancer and Shrinky/Growth Rays. When involved in lab activities, he has two Eddie puppets that accompany him. He believes chickens are out to take over the world and has almost a psychic ability for being able to notice things about people. Also has obsessions with Green Jell-O, Monkeys, Traffic Cones and just about anything at random times. Despite his usually friendly nature, he seems to be quite skilled in combat.
